My clients tend to be self-reflective people who come to therapy understanding concepts like, “Boundaries are healthy” or, “My value isn’t defined by others.’” But the knowledge doesn’t always change what feels true.

Using somatic and neuroscience-based approaches, I aim to help people move from understanding themselves intellectually to truly feeling safe, grounded, and whole.
