Individual Therapy for Dating Anxiety

For LGBTQ+ Folks

Does this sound familiar?

Friends would say you have a lot to offer: you’re empathic, self-aware, and you try to live your values. But you can’t shake the anxiety when people don’t text back or their interest fades.

You want to think, “It’s their loss,” but your brain won’t stop obsessing about past interactions and judging yourself. That “not good enough” feeling just keeps popping up.

You may notice you’re dating unavailable people or avoiding relationships completely.

You may be working to unlearn harmful messages about who’s most desirable as a partner– or what kind of love is OK. You may also be dealing with racism, biphobia, TERFery, or other challenges in the Boston LGBTQ+ dating scene.

Dating confidently can be hard. You don’t have to navigate this alone!

It’s possible to be grounded in your worth regardless of who texts back or how others react to your identity and experience.

You can put yourself out there with self love, trusting the right people are going to like you as you are.
